Terms
Copyright and Usage
•As the artist, I have full ownership of the artwork and may use it however I like (ex: posting it online).
• I will always include a small watermark in the finished product, the watermark MAY NOT be removed past completion.
•DO NOT share ANY altered version the artwork.
• DO NOT reproduce any artworks OR use my artworks for NFTs or the training of AI.
•Commissions are NOT for commercial usage.
•You MAY use finished artworks as profile pics, banners, or post them on your social media SO LONG as you properly credit me (know that I can also post the artwork on social media).
•Any violations of the above points mean copyright infringement.
Payment
• Payment is made upfront via Paypal. I only accept USD.
•You may not request a refund once the first sketch after payment is approved.
• If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, you will be refunded in full.
• You will not be able to request pricing changes after I accept payment.
• An additional fee will be charged if you request a change to the drawing for anything previously agreed on. The price of the fee depends on how much is being changed (generally around $5).
• I will NOT add the aforementioned changes UNTIL the fee is paid. You get to tell me when you are satisfied with that change.
Process
• Communication is essential for a swift and pleasant experience. Please be respectful at all times, I will treat you with equal respect.
• I will send you a rough-draft thumbnail of what you asked for. When you are satisfied with the draft, you will pay me, and I will continue afterwards. If you are not satisfied, I will adjust it to your liking before payment.
• The process will revolve around contact between me and the commissioner through Gmail. There, I will send images of the progress until you're satisfied. Once you tell me that you are satisfied, I will move onto the next phase of the drawing (line art, flat colors, shading, rendering, adjustments, etc.).
• Generally, I am most active from 7AM- 12AM EST
• I will reply to your email notifying you that you have been placed on a waitlist with your slot number. You can view the waitlist on the home page.
• Once started, each commission should generally take a week for completion. If I feel like it will take any longer, I will notify you immediately.
• If you do not respond any of my messages within 3 days, I will move onto the next commissioner and place you at the end of the waitlist. If you return while I am working on someone else's commission, I will resume yours ONCE I finish theirs. I will also drop any unpaid commissions if after 3 days of no response.
•If you are rude to me at any time, I have the right to terminate service and keep both the payment and finished artwork.
• You will be sent the full resolution artwork in PNG or JPG format (you choose). If the artwork is too large, I will share it through a Google Drive link.
• After approving the finished artwork, there will be a 12-hour window to request minor adjustments (in which the fee previously mentioned will be applied). I will not be accepting any requests for additional changes after this window has closed.
Other Notes
• By default, I will tag you on which ever social media you approach me (usually Twitter) unless you request to remain anonymous
• Please be as clear as you can be when making requests! If you can, provide any reference images that may be useful (try to visualize and find any specific details), it will help get better results and is much appreciated :)
• Do know that I'm currently in college, so things may happen that I have no control over.
• Any violations of the terms may result in being blacklisted from any further commissions.
• Terms are made in attempt to be as fair as possible, but of course, not guaranteed to be perfect. If you would like to discuss any term changes, please dm me in advance!
•Both terms and pricing are subject to change.
